Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Mondaine presentation box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Swiss-trained technicians verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
